First and foremost Step while performing yoga or any yoga asana is to relax and calm the mind. So sit in sukhasana or any comfortable meditative posture and close your eyes and take three deep breaths.
- Step One
Now, Place your hands at chest level. Form a half-fist by curling your fingers inwards. Stick your thumb outwards pointing towards the chest.
- Step Two
Allow your fingers’ nails to touch each other by facing your palms against each other.
- Step Three
Now, using swift up-down movement, rub the nails of one hand against each other. Remember, you only need to rub the nails of your fingers and not the thumb.
- Step Four
Continue for at least 5 to 7 minutes. And don’t forget to rub them vigorously, because you should rub well enough so that the nerves under the nail in the nail bed get good amount friction. So, the result of hair growth depends on the amount of force you apply while rubbing the nails.
